We had an extremely wonderful and positive experience with the research and the purchase of our new home. We began looking in September of 2023 and Danielle was always available whenever we needed her. We were from out of state and counted on her many years of experience to guide us thru the process and ultimately because of her help and assistance, we went with a new home and she made the process as smooth as it could be. We couldn't be more happier with Danielle. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any friends and family who are in need of a new home in the future. Love her!!!!!

Earlier this year my wife and I decided to buy a home. We met Danielle at her office and I was instantly sold on her not only as a Realtor but also as a person. Through several hurdles (all on my end, credit is weird) she stuck with us through it all. If we wanted to view a house, all we had to do was send her the address and we were there the next day. My schedule for work is weird resulting in Danielle meeting us late at night or even over the weekends just to get us in our dream home. After several months of fixing my credit we were finally ready and Danielle made the process go so smoothly it felt like just days from offer to closing. Through this process Danielle has become like family for us and we are happy to be working with her. It is my firm belief that there is no better realtor is all of SWFL. As stated 3 years ago, we found ourselves in the market for a house again and reached out to Danielle. She is great! She is super knowledgeable and shared all of her wisdom to help us make the best decision in selecting a home and work through negotiations. Her network is super helpful and professional which gave us a lot of confidence while navigating the home buying process. She will continue to be our go-to in the southwest FL real estate market. Thank you, Danielle. 2022 Danielle was fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to understand what we wanted, never hesitated to offer her time for house viewing or explanations, and she was extremely patient and helpful with preparing us for every step of the way. Her customer service and business knowledge were constantly on full display, but she elevated her performance even higher after our offer was accepted on a house. The house included financed solar panels that required a loan transfer to the buyer and there were other parties involved that were not being responsive and transparent. Danielle unhesitatingly took ownership of the situation by reaching out to everyone involved to get things straightened out and saved us an additional $16,000 in the process! We could not be more thankful for the services provided by Danielle and her team to get us into our residential home. When we find ourselves in the market again in the future, we will certainly be reaching out to Sharp Home Realty.

We had the pleasure of working with Danielle in order to get our home sold recently. She has been so supportive to us after all we had been through. We were building a home, and, sadly, the builder left us without a finished product and kept almost $70,000 of our money that should have been used to finish building the house. We called Danielle, because she is an expert in her field and has a lot of contacts. She helped us find other contractors and was was instrumental in helping us get our house built. Since we are not local, she used her own time to look at material options, went by the house countless times to keep an eye on progress and sent photos. It is an understatement to say that she went above and beyond. We have known Danielle for several years, and we are so thankful for her. She also worked with us to find the the lot that we built on. When the house was finished being built and we were finally ready to put it on the market, of course Danielle was our broker of choice. She provided excellent market information and timely updates and was always available with fast and timely communication. We sold the house quickly and because of her and her office team, everything went smoothly at closing. I cannot recommend Danielle enough, and you will not be sorry if you use her services when you need to buy or sell real estate.

Danielle was awesome! There is a lot of incompetence in the real estate industry. Danielle is anything but that. She is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff. She went above and beyond to negotiate with the buyers to get our best deal possible.
